I don't think there are any "amazing secrets" to this. People on this list
are sometimes seriously lacking in specifics, and such leads to
misunderstandings. In every case I have read, people talking about
"upgrading to Gold" but what they really mean is "I ditched my old Bronze
and bought a new Gold." I personally do not see how this could ever be
interpreted as an "upgrade," but even so, please try to be more specific.

And, if I am totally off base here, please prove me wrong by presenting the
exact x-step process to alter a Bronze card to become a Gold.
