[NTLK] replacement screen needed

I'm looking for a replacement screen for a 2x00, both layers, I guess, for
simplicity.

It could come from someone who has fried their MP with the wrong adapter,
for example.
I would prefer to do the disassembly myself, if it is coming from a dead
Newton.
