[NTLK] Walking me through moving ics files

Hi, all,

I am having a weird hard time and wondered if anyone had a good write
up of trying to move information back and forth from the Newton to a
Mac and back. Specifically, I am trying to make use of multiple
calendars on iCal (OS X 10.4) and a single calendar on the Newton. I
am considering the idea of switching master and servant - the Newton
has been my master calendar for years, but the utility of having
multiple calendars and a larger screen on which to move around
appointments is getting hard to beat. (Damn, do I want a Mac Tablet
and have considered hacking an old iBook to create my own.) I just
don't want to do it yet.

So at the moment, iCal acts as planning, and Newton acts as ACTUAL
things that happened.

What I can't figure out is how to move appointments from iCal to the
Newton. I can export whole .ics files, but what then? If I use IC/VC,
does it screw up my whole system? I'm confused. I don't want to test
things out until I understand the process better.

Any help would be appreciated.

Michael
