That wasn't what I was suggesting actually, but close.

I was thinking more of having the Antenna attached to the outside. The
wires would be routed out of the Newton at the knock-out location
along the flat area where the flip cover is attached and the Film/Tpae
antenna attached to the same flat area.

If anyone knows of or has contacts who are knowlegeable in regards to
antenna materials this would be helpful.
