Hi,
just published some photos of a new concept interconnect adapter here:
http://homepage.mac.com/adriano.angelillis/PhotoAlbum23.html
Using this accessory in bundle with NewtUSB (and a standard serial
cable)
a MessagePad2x00 can take power from any usb port.
Current coming from usb port passes through the shields of the serial
sockets on both NewtUSB and interconnect accessory.
Then if a MessagePad is powered by NewtUSB and power is applied by an
external adapter too, NewtonOS automatically
locks power from the interconnect pins 2 & 3 and starts to drain
current from the AC/DC socket by the external adapter only.
Any comment will be very appreciated.
Kind regards,
Adriano Angelillis
