If they're requiring https: (secure) access, esp. for the login, that
could be the main problem -- in which case no Newton browser can handle
that currently. (can you find out from their staff or another patron
w/ a laptop if it's secure login?). I'm assuming they're not
requiring use of a proxy server.
regarding misaligned fields in forms etc., most likely culprit is
probably nested tables. (you can experiment with turning off tables in
Newt's Cape's options). as far as the loop, my guess is something
related to redirection related to the failed login (Stop button didn't
work?)
