I dont use osx but if it is anything like getting it to work right on xp or
2k then you have a major challenge ahead of you. The problem I was having
with it was that it would randomly pick a com port and also use a different
driver even if I pointed it to the driver that I downloaded. I think I
finally got it to work by removing all the references to it in the registry
and pulling all the drivers that were in the system out. It was a major
pain. Never tried it with linux which would be the closest to osx. Good luck
you will need it.
