[NTLK] RS232 Prolific Driver

Does anyone have extensive experience getting the pl2303 driver to load
properly on os x? I'm using a USB-Serial cable with the prolific
chipset, and I cannot get it to load up and give me a device in /dev

I tried editing the Info.plist file to no avail - the stupid thing
shows up on system profiler and using the USB prober in the development
tools, but I can't get it to make me a serial port!

Anyone with any thoughts?
