[NTLK] making resource files for NTK

How do you make resource files to go into NTK?

Ive tried adding macpaint and pict files but havnt had any success.

ohh and on a side note does anyone know if its possible to augment
the connection app with the ROM rotate function so it can work in
landscape mode on older newts. Its a pain to have to swap between
landscape and portrait mode, especially since the pen needs to be re
aligned when swapping back.
