[NTLK] reviving a dead Newton

Hello

I have a Newton 120 that was working perfectly until several weeks ago.
I am quite sure I had some charge in the 2300 mAh GP NiMh cells (the
Newton sees those as normal alkaline batteries) when I put it to
storage back then when I went on a long trip. Now that I am back here
and wanted to continue using it I find it dead - won't start up. I have
removed and fully charged the 4 AA cells and it still wouldn't start. I
have tried the reset switch to no avail. Is the unit hosed?

Regards,
Boris
