Hi Guys!
Only had my 2100 Newt a week so am on a very steep learning curve!

Regarding the buzz and dimming, are they related and after what sort of
period does the back light go dim and is it curable. I am planning to use mine for
some dusk / night time monitoring work of bats.

The back light is obviously useful and I must check out to establish whether
the frequency from the transformer is likely to be picked up by bats?
