Knock yourself out! RIAA cops haven't ever bothered with folks who use
a coupl`a songs - more like thousands of `em. Also, you're Legal as
long as you don't share `em. The reasoning is you only own the right to
listen, not distribute. (Same with CDs, DVDs, and books, unless you're
a public library lending for free.) Also, the WiFi situation is
different. Maybe your neighbor is fine as long as you`all are not on at
the same time, but if you are, then you are using more of the ISP's
bandwidth than you paid for. Water is even more strange. Usually you
pay separate water & sewer fees, but the only the water is measured. So
you pay for the sewer even if the water goes to somebody's yard. Also,
the water is only being used once no matter who pays, so the
company/city just don't care. But try & sell recycled water & see what
happens...
