Sorry to hear of your difficulties...

Generally when you need to or want to post an off topic thread,
including [OT] at the front of the subject line will help those that
get agitated by such things to ignore them...

Hope you resolve your problems, and I wouldn't blame the 13 year old,
personally. It's not there fault really...
