[NTLK] Hammer Connection

So does anyone out there care to share how they got Hammer connected to
their newt? I have the debugger connection package installed on my newt
and hammer on the mac... even after selecting the existing 2100 rom
image that came with hammer, i can't seem to figure out how to connect
the debugger app to the mac.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
