[NTLK] Error -10606 when opening "Unfiled Icons" folder

I sold my second Newt and after trying to copy
packages over to the second Newt (no serial cable) I
put the card back in my Newt and when I open the
"Unfiled Icons" folder I get Error -10606. This only
happens when I'm trying to read from the CF card, not
the internal store.

How can I fix it?
