I think that the easiest solution is to back it up and get a bare
bones 2100 from JKsalesinc.com.
I once bought one of their units that had jaggies and they replaced
it without question.
If you have ruled out software causes and have used a thin plastic
card to scrape any crud from between the case and display, all other
fixes require disassembly. This isn't too difficult but does require
considerable time and effort the first time.
