I would have to agree with Frank, you need to change the Digitizer.

Previously I had some spare time - One Newton I got had the jaggies.
Testing by swapping parts such as described a dozen times did not help
one bit. I used four good motherboards. When I switch a Digitizer in
the problems went away.

I still think it's the way people hold their Newton. (How Hard they
hold it) The Digitizer breaks down due to this. The gripping of the
Newton with your hand probably puts pressure on the Digitizer which
alters the shape and causes the jaggies.
