I think you need to hit ~250 MHz of speed to make it connect... can't
remember exactly. Find the recommended requirements for the NCU and
make sure to hit that. Be warned of Hyperthreading, too. You might
want to invest in an old Pentium box or an old Mac if you are going to
be doing this a lot.
