The DCL already compiles on Linux/x86 platforms, with gcc. It would probably
be a snap to get it to build in Cygwin. The only "weird" part about the build
process is that you need Jam 2.5 (and I don't mean the stuff that grandma
keeps in the pantry). You don't need to use the Xcode build process at all.
