Unfortunately it looks like this is the case. We'll have to keep a
classic capable Mac around if we want a good solution for
communicating with the Newt. There are plenty of old Macs that will
fit the bill and cost virtually nothing.
I'm hoping Apple will release a G5 PowerBook before going Intel and
then I'll have a solution that will last a good few years.
