this is not a terribly difficult upgrade.
Do a full backup as all internal data will be lost, except built-in
applications
Disconnect power cord
Use torx 8 wrench to remove battery compartment cover
Disconnect battery
With the eMate facing down you will see the ROM in the right-hand slot
The left-hand slot is for the ram upgrade
Carefully, perhaps very carefully insert contacts at a slight angle
till seated
Then gently press card flat till it engages the clips.
Reconnect battery, close compartment, connect power
Wait a couple of minutes--be patient.
If nothing happens after at least two minutes, press reset button
Restore info.
