I would certainly have to agree with that, assuming you mean "they" to
be Apple. There are however "clear" Newtons in existence. I have no idea
whatsoever how many or where they originated, but they do exist and to
the best of my knowledge Apple did not have anything to do with their
production.

As for the models, you are probably right, aaarrrgggghhh!!! Here's a
