[NTLK] NewtLight hidden feature

I call it 'hidden feature' cause simply i have never talked about it
before
and then i have never runt production for add-ons which enable such
feature.
NewtLight is an accessory known useful only for powering external
devices via USB, but that's not all...

It can be used to estabilish serial (rs232) communications too!

Note that also NewtK and NewtSplit are capable of such functionality
through their USB sockets.

Note that this doesn't mean that it can estabilish USB connections.

Using an add-on which i call "rs-component" is possible to connect a
MessagePad
to any serial modem or serial printer, and to a desktop running NCU
on both Win & Mac.
