[NTLK] Type 10

I'm getting an "Error Type 10, Restart" freeze//hang when I launch
Newton Desktop on my dual G4 running 9.2.2.

Lots of flickering, screen-redraws, only way out was to hard power-
down the G4. ouch!

Looked and searched, saw a few references, but everything was out of
context.

Question: Is the error something routine that is obvious to those
long in the tooth, or am I all the way out on a limb all by myself
and the branch is about to break? Just need a quick heads up on
this if it's common knowledge then I must not have searched very well.
