Paul has been experiencing some Java issues with the tracker on the
continuity box. I'm not sure what the problem is, but it's not a
priority for him at the moment. Victor has fired up the misato
tracker again, but it's currently empty because everyone had their
NPDS servers registered with continuity.
David Schultz has kindly set up a pair of new trackers this week, so
we have a veritable smorgasbord of places to register NPDS now. If
you have been running an NPDS server, please consider changing to one
of the other tracker servers until Paul has time to look into the
problems with continuity.
