[NTLK] is this list moderated?

hello all,

i've send this list a message two hours ago (making picture books with
lookup), but i don't receive it. Other posts come in fine. I just joint
this list after a absence of about 4 years so things have changed.

also subscribing was not that straightforward. i had to redirect the
generated message, not forward it. (this all from a 10.3.9 powerbook
with "mail")

any suggestions?
