You will first need to install the Ethernet driver and the NIE bundle
(unless they are already installed) before using an Ethernet or
802.11 PC card. You also need to have a compatible Ethernet card, not
all card are compatible. Look at the Wiki for more detail.
The only way to install stuff on the eMate is to go with serial
adaptor to USB and a serial cable. If you have an older Mac with
serial port, you can use only a serial cable.
Those cable can be found easily on eBay.
