It is. You need XPostFacto to put Panther (or, for the brave souls, Tiger)
on this puppy. And my Wallstreet 300 runs just fine with 10.3.9. Much
faster, in fact, than 10.2.8.
It's all about what you do with it, and what you consider to be slow.
