[NTLK] Restoring from ext card

I have been backing up my Newton info to an external card using the
built in card utility. However when I try to restore from the backup
using the built in card utility it errors out (because it can only
restore to internal RAM). So I purchased SBM utilities.

My problem is that when I run SBM Restore and select my external card
based backup, nothing shows up in the set menu. Do you know how I can
get the backed up data on my external card to restore to another
external card?
