Hello All,
Keith, I saw your posting earlier in the day, but this is the first
chance I've had to respond.
If you don't feel up to performing the repair yourself, I can do it for
you. Let me know what you would like to do.
In keeping with Matt and Woody's recent philanthropic gestures toward
yours truly, I'll have to reduce my rate to a pizza with toppings of my
choosing. :O)

Oh, er, um, there's a new Newton eBook on the way. The quite ancient
(1849) "History and Practice of Photography". Just text,
unfortunately, but there's a wealth of information on various chemical
solutions, photographic glass plates, and all that other good junk.
Should be interesting, when I finish it. Newton Press (as usual) keeps
blowing up and/or locking up, at random intervals, when I attempt to
create chapter links for the TOC. Once I do get a new chapter link
created, I discover that the app has "eaten a good half-dozen
paragraphs below that point, and I have to physically add the lost text
from the .rtf file and THEN reformat it. Damn you, Apple! Fix your
software!
