[NTLK] PCMCIA adaptor for SD Memory

All,

I have an 512 MB SD Memory from my old Palm that I'd like to use with
my Newton. Two questions:

1. Will the following adaptor work with my 21k: http://
www.memoryxflash.com/store/catalog/Flash-Memory-Card-PCMCIA-
Adapter.html ?
2. How do I erase the old SD Memory card so it will write Newton
info onto it?
