I agree with Frank, as I deal with a lot of rechargeable battery
systems. If you want good cells, and don't mind paying a little extra,
go to a battery pack supplier/importer and ask for the "A-Grade" cells,
and match them up. Great charging systems don't affect slight
mismatches in battery capacity, but most people generally get the
cheaper chargers, don't know how to charge them properly and then
wonder why their cells/packs die after 6months or so of use.
