[NTLK] Siemens Notephone

I have recently seen mention of a Notephone within the list and would very much appreciate some help with this device.
I purchased a German version some time back in very good cosmetic condition but without a power supply. The nicely packaged instructions are in German so I would be very grateful if anyone on list knows the whereabouts of an English version that I could download as a PDF. I hope to use the unit in the UK
