I use xp and had a few issues untill I went device manager and set the speed
of com port 38400 8,n,1,n.
I use 2 copies of slowdown one all the way up and one at a quarter. I have
a P4 1.6 IBM T30.

I seem to have a hard time getting NCU working On windows XP.
