[NTLK] NCU

I seem to have a hard time getting NCU working On windows XP.
I've used various systems and # of simultaneous copies of slowdown.exe
but no results (and I recall getting it working in the past with out
much problem).

For a while the NCU screen does say Newton Connected but then
I get a not responding error from the dock app.

My Newt maybe confused and I'm willing to do a brain wipe, but I paid
for the Wireless driver in the past and want to be sure I can
reinstall (I don't know if I have a backup on a system) thuogh I do
have a flash card. I forgot if it was done by key or just another
copy.
