Karl,
I just recently bought my 2100 and at the same time I bought a
Keyspan serial to USB adaptor. You will also want to download
NewtSync, and Escale for syncing and installing packages
(respectively). The Keyspan serial adaptor has drivers that
typically come with it, but you can also download them from the
website (can't think of the company name, it could be Keyspan itself,
just google it and you'll find it).
Also, you'll need the serial dongle that converts the funky serial
port on the 2100 to a typical old mac style serial. You'll also need
a old mac style serial cable (I was lucky enough that my work had a
few lying around, but you can find them on the net as well). If you
have a really old mac lying around, you might have the serial cable
already (you would have used it to connect to your printer or a
modem, etc).
Hope this helps.
