Hi Aaron,

I think you've already got your answer from other - Nope you're not
able because the eMate 300 requires a 5v/5v Read/Write PC Flash Card.

Options:
1) Buy a cheap usable MP2000 or MP2100 to put data on the card with.
2) Get someone nearby with a MP2000 or MP2100 to install these
packages onto your card for you.
3) Send your card to someone to someone to install these packages onto
your card for you.

I would suggest buy a MP2000 or MP2100 cheaply... it's the cost
effective way as you will need it in the future anyways.
