[NTLK] Memory card reading

Hi,

Insert the card while pressing the Newton screen with the stylus at the
left corner, about one third from the bottom.

A slip appears : activate packages on card XX? Tap no.

Now the cards mounts in read-only mode : you may erase it althogether,
or delete information and applications on an icon by icon basis.
