[NTLK] eMate Repair aka HOLY COW!

So I'm pulling apart this emate trying to get it fixed up:
1) There's a screw that's been so roughly put in the MLB that the
post that it screws into on the other side of the case BROKE OFF. No
kidding

2) I get the board off, and find that there's a washer already in
place and the spring leg has STILL popped off.

Oy vey. Recommendations?
