Re: [NTLK] Newton IM help

OK... I've just come up with an idea. How hard would it be to set up
a jabber server? Does anyone know? With all of the ones that exist,
it doesn't seem to hard. Anyway, I was thinking that given the
interest in using jabber on the Newton, someone on the list who has a
server or hosting and can install one and could create a newton
jabber server for list members.

I'm trying to reach a friend who hosts his own website to see if he
can and would do it, but I wanted to ask the list first and see if
anyone here who already has some knowledge of this could help out. We
could keep the server closed to list members so that all who want to
use NIM or newtjab could do it.

Anyone thinks this is a good idea?
