Yes. I own both types. One is rated at 2000mAh and another is 2400mAh.

Yes, that's the app I used to compensate the charge level for my NiMh
batteries. And by the way, I don't see a big difference in the charge level
displayed via SoftCharge with either my 1.20v or my 1.25v NiMh batteries.
