[NTLK] My Proposal for FAQ revision

So the whole updating the FAQ topic doesn't disappear from all of
your minds, I have a proposal for the community en masse to get the
FAQ up-to-date. This come after skimming the faq, and reading the
replies various people have offered to the topic "The FAQ" which has
been on topic a couple days back.

Phase I: Updating of Links.

We need 8 Volunteers to go through each respective page of the FAQ.
The Job here is to test the link. If the links do not work or the
page does not contain the associated information on it. The link
should be identified as bad. The person then should spend a little
time (10 minutes) searching for the archive of the page, a similar
page, or a page containing some of the information.

Phase II: Form Devastator... (Couldn't resist, I hope someone gets
this.)

Real Phase II: Updating of content

After all the links have been fixed comes the larger task of combing
through the FAQ and updating the actual information in it. This will
include revising, rewriting, and adding new information to the FAQ.
New links of course will be included. Original material will remain
left (but from phase I, outdate links will be marked.)

Phase III: Transferring Data to the Wiki

This will involve again sifting through the Now-newly-polished FAQ
and checking the Wiki for associated information. The Wiki will be
synchronized with the FAQ. The Wiki shouldn't have anything removed,
some articles may however need to be merged or added.

So what does everyone think? Am I missing anything obvious? Not
obvious? Anything not make sense? Your feedback would be good. The
sooner we can actually get started on this, the better. Also, I think
there ought to be a regular schedule of revision. Maybe every 6
months? Constant updating can be kind of a burden, esp. if it's
relegated to just one person. So I'm volunteering to spearhead the
update project from now until April-ish (that is, unless someone else
wants to be in charge. I'm equally happy being a worker-bee)
