[NTLK] Notes won't open

Newtonians,
My eMate now gives me an error message (-48409) when I try to open the
built in application "notes". Since it is built in, I cannot reload it
or delete it. The other built in applications open without a problem.
There is not much on the eMate except the built in stuff.
Any suggestions appreciated.
