[NTLK] Using NewtJDict with the Latest EDICT

Do any of you happen to have the Newton conversion "tools" needed to convert
the latest edition EDICT to the format needed by NewtJDict?

That download works, but the EDICT they provide isn't the latest version.
EDICT is constantly updated so there is merit in having the latest version.
