Not a whole lot of help, but my wife works for an organization for
professionals working with medical information (ahima.org). She
checked their vendor directories and found no current leads.
The whois for the site only provides data on the name services
provider (seagull.net), rather than the originating user, J Rick
Adams, M.D.
