[NTLK] "The Fish" Question

I have been using "The Fish" stationery for encrypting notes. However,
there is one feature of this stationery that has me puzzled. In Notes,
when I tap on the 'New' button, there is a selection for 'Encrypted
Entry'. It seems to create an encrypted note, but I have not found any
way to decrypt it to add text. The documentation has not been revealing.

Any hints?
