[NTLK] recelling rechargeables?

Hello all:
In a recent thread it was mentioned that someone ("Frank") does recelling of rechargeables.
Who does this, and how do I contact him? I am desperately trying to keep using my 2100, and a
good battery would help immensely. I am not competent to do it myself. "A man's got to know his
limitations."
