[NTLK] Error Code ?48401 = Expected an array

OK I''ve searched the archives, read the web, and done everything outside of consulting tea leaves. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

It displays this error message anything I try and delete a note or otherwise access any of the functions of the letter icon (say in Notes for example). This happens every time... Just started too.
