Want a teaser? Michael Burks (goes by the alias of
dumbstart) started writing a tutorial that abruptly
quits, but it's a halfway decent start to NTK:
http://home.satx.rr.com/dumbstart/tutorial/tutorial1.htm

Apple's got a PDF about the NewtonScript language:
http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=50092

Here's one that looks to be more complete:

(That's all of a Newton bookmarks dump as I'll give
you at the moment. If you want to dig through my
various Newton bookmarks for a few other programming
documents, let me know and I'll send the whole thing
without my captions or guarantee of the links working
properly.)
