I figured out the problem.

The original driver by Eckhart Koppen did have a setup.pkg.

But the new version by Paul Guyot does not.

I thought you would setup the printer in the Owner app. But you
don't. You select any document and choose print from the routing
button. Then you choose the setup printer from there.

Speaking of Paul, is Einstein Platform dead?

I think there is also an LPR setup thing, if I recall?
